My name is Eberhard Witt and I am originally from Germany, having emigrated to Cape Breton in 1990. Since the age of 13, kayaking has been my hobby and later my profession. I have been competing, coaching, and owning a kayak business for 25 years. I continue to be intrigued by those many fascinating aspects of kayaking, which to me mean an art and science rolled into one.
